CoAccording to the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data regarding the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Regulation general regarding data protection), S.C. Saturn S.A. undertakes to administer, in conditions of confidentiality and safety and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us about you, under legal conditions. The personal data will not be able to be distributed without your consent to third parties (mass- media, insurance companies, other situations, etc.) or to family members, unless you express your consent in writing to this effect. The confidentiality of personal data is preserved even after death.

Certain situations stipulated by the legislation are exempt from the previous provisions (eg: at the request of the criminal investigation bodies, if there is a criminal investigation in progress, at the request of the courts, the police, the prosecutor's office, etc. or if there is a court order in this regard).

Your refusal to provide the necessary data to the company determines the impossibility of processing personal data.

According to the aforementioned Regulation, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to go to court. You have the following rights: access to data, rectification, the "right to be forgotten", the right to restrict processing, the right to opposition, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including creating profiles.

At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of the data. To exercise these rights, you can send a written request, dated and signed, to the headquarters of our unit, to the contact details mentioned in the header, to the attention of the legal representative. However, the exercise of these rights will entail the impossibility of granting the medical certificate by our unit . If some of the data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
